Mark C J Posen B.Sc. M.Sc. C.Eng. MIEE

Mark Posen is the Managing Director and Principal Consultant of RPC Telecom. He has over 16 years of professional experience in the satellite telecommunications industry. Prior to going into the private consulting business, Mark Posen was an engineering manager with British Telecommunications PLC where he held a number of posts including Head of Satellite Systems Consulting Group and Satellites and Lines Development Advisor. He is very experienced in the interference management, international and national regulation and frequency coordination of satellite telecommunications networks. He is an expert on the Radio Regulations and associated procedures of the International Telecommunications Union (ITU) and, on behalf of a number of national telecommunications administrations, has been responsible for making and coordinating ITU satellite filings and providing representation at an international level.  As Managing Director of RPC Telecommunications Limited, he has overseen the ongoing growth of the company since its formation in 1993 and has managed projects for a wide range of clients, contributing to RPC Telecommunications' international reputation in its field.  Mark Posen is a Chartered Engineer, listed on the professional register of the UK Engineering Council and is a Corporate Member of the Institute of Electrical Engineers.   Full Word Format CV Here

Christine Posen

Christine Posen is RPC Telecom's Director of Administration and is also the Company Secretary. Christine is responsible for RPC Telecom's office management including invoicing, payments and accounts.

Bob Thorn HNC AMIEE

Bob Thorn is RPC Telecom's Senior Consultant providing engineering expertise in a wide range of satellite communications areas. Bob is a former manager at British Telecom's Research Labs, Martlesham Heath. He has more than 35 years of radio and propagation expertise both at a technical and a professional level. His career covers a range of disciplines in the satellite and radiocommunication field including spectrum policy and strategy, radio propagation studies and submarine cable development.

 

Robert Page B.Sc.

Robert Page is a Graduate Engineer with RPC Telecom where he is responsible for providing assistance and support in RPC's consulting projects. He also undertakes software development projects and is currently developing a software package to assist in the satellite networks frequency coordination process. Robert graduated from Warwick University with a honours degree in Mathematics.

In order to best support client needs, RPC Telecommunications maintains close contact with a strong team of Associate Consultants, most of whom are ex-colleagues of the RPC Telecommunications Managing Director and whose collective expertise covers a wide range of Communications Engineering disciplines. This source of expertise allows RPC Telecommunications to build teams best suited to the needs of specific jobs.   The RPC Telecommunications' Associates team includes:
Ned Cartwright B.Sc.

Ned's career has covered a broad range of activities in radio and satellite communications engineering, including antennas and microwave component design, radio and satellite propagation studies and network planning. He has spent 30 years in these fields at BT's Research Laboratories, in aeronautical satellite communications systems engineering in BT's Aeronautical & Maritime division and more recently as an associate consultant in RPC Telecom. He has recently joined the company after a brief period outside the company doing RF network planning for TETRA networks.

 

 

Mr. Vikiani Teumohenga

Vikiani Teumohenga is a Senior Associate Consultant to RPC Telecom.

Greg Peckover M.A.Sc. B.Sc

Greg Peckover has worked in the satellite communications industry for 18 years in a number of roles including systems engineering, product management, corporate strategy and business development. He has also worked as an independent ground segment technology consultant and market analyst providing services to satellite operators, broadband service providers and equipment vendors. Greg graduated from the University of Waterloo with a master’s degree in electrical engineering specializing in communications theory and modem design. He has also taken considerable post-graduate training in product marketing and business management.
